My first meal

Today I have my first proper lunch. Brown Rice with carrots. It’s easy to make … … I Like!
















Ingredients:-
2 dessertspoon of “Eu Yen Sang” Brown Rice Si Shen Powder
(mummy says Si Shen will improve my appetite)
1/5 stick of “Sumich” Australia Carrot
(use the lower part of carrot cos’ it’s sweeter)











1. Dissolve the rice powder in water, simmer over low heat. Stir it constantly till a smooth consistency.
2. Wash and skin the carrot, then steam till cooked. Puree the carrot.
3. Finally, stir the carrot into the brown rice paste. Add a bit of water if it’s too dry.
